What riding level do I need for these routes?
Our long journeys are designed for intermediate/advanced riders who feel confident at all three paces (walk, trot, canter) and have good physical condition to endure several hours in the saddle.
What kind of luggage should I bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable and breathable clothing, comfortable riding boots for walking if necessary, a helmet, and a soft duffel bag. We take care of transporting the heavy luggage in our support vehicle from one accommodation to another.
Where will we sleep during the expeditions?
We carefully select charming rural accommodations, traditional inns and cozy hotels in the towns we pass through, always ensuring maximum comfort and excellent local gastronomy.
How many hours a day will we be on horseback?
Depending on the stage and the terrain, we ride an average of 5 to 6 hours a day. We make frequent stops to rest, eat in the middle of nature and enjoy the views of the Picos de Europa.
