Our accommodations are located in a privileged enclave, just 5 kilometers from Potes on an estate where you can enjoy the tranquility surrounded by the Picos de Europa and Peña Ventosa.
The house
The house, is a semi-detached cottage, consists of a ground floor distributed in kitchen, living room, bathroom and a room with a double bed, it is newly renovated so that a beautiful space has been created to enjoy a few days of rest.
The cabin
The cabin is an old rehabilitated winery, which makes this accommodation cozy as well as giving it a special charm. It is distributed in kitchen, living-dining room, bedroom, bathroom and porch.
Both houses share a fully enclosed garden. It has tables and chairs where you can enjoy meals outdoors, barbecue, sun loungers. Each house has its outdoor area with ample space in the garden.
Rural accommodation: The house
The rural house is another little piece of Aravalle into which we have put a lot of love to create a very cozy house for your rest.
Newly renovated and with great enthusiasm for the change, we have a beautiful little house for two people distributed entirely on the ground floor.
The house is located on the same estate as our equestrian center, a spectacular area to enjoy nature.
This house has been distributed as follows:
Upon entering the house is the kitchen with the dining table followed by the living room. To the left of the living room is a large bathroom with a shower and finally the room with a double bed, a very cozy space.
The house has a pellet stove which makes it more comfortable.
Outside there is a gazebo with table and chairs, the garden is shared with the cabin. It has sun loungers and a barbecue.
Just 5 minutes from Potes and surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the tranquility as well as having a good starting point for routes and walks in Liébana.
Rural accommodation: The cabin
The rural cabin in Potes is an old restored winery distributed in a way that conveys a warm sensation of a homey and cozy rural house. Upon entering the cabin, on the right is the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, etc). Right opposite you have a charming living-dining room with a fireplace that will delight you... and plenty of firewood for your fireplace.
This rural cabin has a cozy room with a large double bed and an equipped bathroom.
Outside it has a fabulous porch with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful views of the Picos de Europa that the rural cabin offers.
The garden is shared, has sun loungers and a barbecue.
All surrounded by a spectacular spot where you can enjoy the tranquility in your rural house with wonderful views but just 5 kilometers from the tourist center of the area, the town of Potes.
Rural accommodation with pets
Main conditions when contracting your accommodation with pets:
A maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed and a fee of €5 per night will be applied for extra cleaning of the accommodation.
On the other hand, we detail a series of basic rules, so that your stay and that of your pet is as pleasant as possible and does not cause any discomfort to the rest of the clients.
- ✓At all times the client is responsible for their pet and its behavior.
- ✓Your pet cannot be left alone in the house at any time. This way we avoid nuisance with barking and crying, to the rest of the clients or damage to the furniture of the house. (In the accommodation we have a kennel inside the house or the possibility of leaving it tied in the garden)
- ✓Clients are kindly requested not to let their pets on the beds or the sofa, and not to clean or use the towels, blankets or quilts of the house itself as a bed for them. Each pet owner must bring a bed and other belongings that are necessary for their pets.
- ✓The houses have a fully enclosed common garden. For this reason and for a good coexistence, pets can be loose provided they do not disturb the rest of the clients and the pet owner will be responsible for collecting their droppings.
