What do you need for short horseback rides?
The appropriate equipment or clothing for this activity is long pants and sports shoes or boots. In summer we advise wearing sun protection and in winter warm clothing and/or a raincoat.
We have departures in the morning and afternoon (approximate times, as sometimes they can change 10.00, 12.00, 16.00) and it is necessary to book in advance.
All horseback rides include: guide (Equestrian Sports Technician), helmet, protective vest, support car, civil liability and accident insurance.
For families with children between 7 and 10 years old, we recommend the short 1-hour horseback ride.
If you want to enjoy our routes with your own horse, you can also do it. At Aravalle we organize the route, we offer you our stables and you just have to prepare your horse for this adventure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is previous horse riding experience necessary?
No, our routes are designed for all levels. We have very docile horses and our guides will give you the necessary instructions before heading out.
From what age can children ride?
We recommend riding from 7 years old. For families with children between 7 and 10 years old, we especially recommend our short 1-hour route.
What happens if it rains on the day of the reservation?
In case of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions that prevent the activity from being carried out safely, we will contact you to postpone the route or cancel the reservation at no cost.
Do I have to bring a helmet or specific equipment?
We provide you with all the necessary approved safety equipment, including a helmet (mandatory) and protective vest. You only need to bring long pants and closed footwear (sports shoes or boots).
